Family portrait sessions
Portrait sessions are informal and fun, because the most beautiful images are captured when people are relaxed and happy.
I will spend around 2-3 hours with your family, at a location that has meaning for you.
You will receive a minimum of 50 digital photos, individually edited in my style via an online gallery that you can share with family and friends.
I offer a fine art print and album service if like me, you prefer your images in print!

Yes, if you don’t just want to remember the way your family looked, but also their unique spirit and quirks.
Yes, if you love un-posed, soulful pictures shot using beautiful, natural light.
Yes, if you want your kids to remember how they clung to you like a limpet, decorated the dog, made art out of food, adored that yellow dress, built endless dens etc.
And yes, if you want your kids to look back when they’re older and be captivated to see something special they had no way of remembering.
about the session
There are two options: full or half day.
On a full day I’ll hang out with you, from breakfast to bedtime, capturing everything from morning hair, meal times, dressing up and all the shenanigans that will invariably occur during a normal day.
Half days are the same but are booked for a morning or afternoon.
The most beautiful images are captured when people are relaxed and happy, so all sessions take place in your home where you feel most comfortable. It’s amazing how quickly even the most camera-shy forget they’re being photographed.
Whether you live in a small flat or a country mansion, fany backdrop will have lots of storytelling potential when filled with your personal style and pets.
Trips out to a favourite location can make a fun break in the day,

Anything that makes you feel good.
Can we include our pets?
Of course, pets are family and I love all animals.
Can we have a few family portraits during our time with you?
Yes, I usually allow 10 mins later in the session for some relaxed portraits.
What is the price of a session?
From £850 for half day sessions - includes a gorgeous collectable photobook.
Shoots outside London will incur travel charges.
Do you offer digital slideshows?
I offer photofilms which are like a slideshow, but better! The photofilm consists of highlights from your shoot, lovingly edited together with specially chosen music. Each one is a bespoke creation for each family.
