the way i was.

I grew up in London, next to Abbey Road studios. It was a great place for a kid with a camera and an interest in people.

Home was happiest when filled with animals and there were many - we had a slow worm, mice, a white rabbit, a tortoise, many cats, always a dog, a couple of lovebirds and an angry parrot. My best friend was a Dalmation called Sinbad.

One of my fave hang outs was my uncle’s photo studio - being a prolific portrait and fashion photographer he took all our family portraits and inspired me to follow a creative path.

My working life began in music where I marketed pop bands and commissioned photographers to make the singers look as good as they sounded.

Curious about people and the way we relate, I studied child psychology and Transpersonal psychotherapy, before finding my true passion in photography.

the way i am.

I’ve photographed every kind of human from pop stars, actors, dancers, filmmakers, artists, designers, therapists, yogis, scientists, many kids and even a couple of spies!

My work has been published in magazines and made into a book - The Art Of Meditation.

After years of making portraits, my curiosity turned towards documenting the connections between people and the things they love, whether that’s their work, their tribe or their pets; creating photos that matter, full of warmth, that make you feel something.

I live in West London with my film maker husband and mini Schnauzer. I love to explore new places and will happily travel to work with you.
